Product overview

Victron Energy makes two CAN-bus BMS cable types to suit different BMS manufacturers. Type A and Type B differ in their RJ45 pinout assignments, and fitting the wrong type will stop the BMS talking to the Victron system. Check which pinout your BMS manufacturer requires before ordering. This listing covers the Type B variant only.

The cable terminates in RJ45 connectors and carries CAN-bus communication between the VE.Can interface on Victron devices, such as the MultiPlus-II, Quattro, or a compatible GX device, and the battery BMS.
