2. Orders & Contract Formation
By placing an order with Pro Grade Warehouse, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
After placing an order, you may receive an order acknowledgement or confirmation. This confirms that we have received your order but does not necessarily constitute acceptance of it.
A contract between you and us is formed when your order is accepted and the goods are dispatched.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where:
-
An item is unavailable or out of stock
-
Incorrect pricing or product information has been displayed
-
Payment cannot be successfully processed
-
We are unable to deliver to the supplied address
-
We reasonably suspect fraudulent or unauthorised activity
If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, any amount due to you will be refunded using the appropriate payment method.
3. Prices & Payment
All prices are displayed in Pounds Sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable.
Available payment methods may vary depending on the marketplace, website or payment provider through which your order is placed.
Payment is normally required in full before goods are dispatched.
We take reasonable care to ensure that product descriptions and prices are accurate. If we discover an obvious pricing or listing error, we may contact you before dispatch or cancel the affected order and issue an appropriate refund.
4. Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to ensure product descriptions, photographs, dimensions, colours and specifications are accurate.
However, minor variations may occur due to manufacturing tolerances, batches, screen settings, lighting or other factors.
Where dimensions are particularly important for your application, please check the stated measurements carefully before ordering or contact us for further information.
5. Delivery
We aim to dispatch orders within the timeframe stated on the relevant product listing or order confirmation.
Estimated delivery dates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and making suitable arrangements to receive their order.
Large, long or bulky products may require additional assistance when delivered.
6. Cancellation & Consumer Rights
Where you are purchasing as a consumer, you may have the right to cancel an eligible distance-selling contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, subject to applicable UK consumer legislation.
Certain products may be exempt from cancellation rights, including goods that have been made to your specifications, personalised or custom-cut specifically to your requirements, where the applicable legal exemption applies.
This does not affect your statutory rights where goods are faulty, damaged, not as described or otherwise fail to conform to the contract.
7. Returns & Refunds
If you wish to return an eligible product, please contact us within the applicable returns period.
Products should be packaged securely and appropriately to minimise the risk of damage during return transit.
For unwanted goods, the customer may be responsible for return postage costs where permitted by law and where this has been communicated before purchase.
Different arrangements may apply where an item is faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or not as described.
Refunds will be processed in accordance with applicable consumer law and the terms of the marketplace or payment service used for the transaction.
Your statutory rights are not affected.
8. Faulty or Damaged Goods
If your product arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible with your order details and, where appropriate, photographs showing the problem.
We will assess the issue and provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with your statutory rights. Depending on the circumstances, this may include a replacement, repair, refund or other appropriate solution.
9. Liability
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
Subject to applicable law, we will not be responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed or for losses arising from use of products for purposes for which they were not designed or supplied.
If you are purchasing as a consumer, nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects your statutory consumer rights.
10. Privacy & Personal Data
We process personal information in accordance with applicable UK data-protection legislation, including the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018.
Personal information may be used where necessary to process orders, arrange delivery, provide customer support, prevent fraud, comply with legal obligations and operate or improve our services.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Further information about how personal information is collected, processed and protected should be provided in our Privacy Policy.
11. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, content created for the Pro Grade Warehouse website, including original text, graphics, branding and other materials, is owned by or licensed to Pro Grade Warehouse and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

12. Events Outside Our Control
We will not be responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, such as severe weather, transport disruption, courier delays, industrial action, natural disasters, failures of telecommunications networks or other exceptional events.
Where such circumstances affect an order, we will take reasonable steps to minimise disruption.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions periodically to reflect changes to our services, business practices or applicable law.
The Terms & Conditions applicable to your purchase will generally be those in force when your order is placed.
14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
If you are a consumer, you retain any rights regarding jurisdiction provided to you under applicable consumer law.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to restrict any mandatory statutory rights available to consumers.
