The Victron BatteryProtect 12/24V-100A is an automatic battery isolator switch that protects 12V and 24V lead-acid and lithium batteries from over-discharge. It sits between the battery and its DC loads, opening the circuit once voltage falls to a preset threshold and closing it again automatically once the battery recovers.

Also suited to remote telecoms and monitoring installations on battery-backed DC power.

Installation notes

This is a load-side disconnect device only and must not be placed in the charging circuit. Wiring should be rated for 100A continuous current, with appropriate fusing fitted on the battery side. A qualified installer should set the disconnect and reconnect thresholds correctly for the battery chemistry in use.
