This 5.6kW off-grid solar kit from Voltacon is built around a Conversol MKS IV 5.6kW inverter-charger, three Pylontech US5000 lithium batteries giving 15kWh of usable storage, and eight 425W full black monocrystalline panels. Product overview

The MKS IV inverter charges the Pylontech battery bank directly from the panels through its single MPPT input, and further panels can be added up to the 6kW PV limit without changing the inverter. The three US5000 batteries communicate with the inverter through a BMS cable, managing charge and discharge automatically.

The motorised changeover switch moves the system between off-grid solar supply and a grid or generator source when battery charge drops below the configured threshold, so supply continues without manual switching. A Victron Lynx Distributor handles DC bus distribution with integrated fusing for the battery cables and inverter DC inputs.

Mounting is via an adjustable triangle bracket for flat surface or ground installation. Contact Voltacon before ordering if a different mounting arrangement is needed.
