How it works

When shore power or a generator is connected and within tolerance, the unit passes AC through to the loads while charging the battery bank using its three-stage bulk, absorption and float algorithm. If the AC input drops, it switches to inverter mode fast enough to keep most sensitive equipment running. PowerAssist lets it top up an undersized AC source during load spikes, useful on boats with limited shore connections or a small generator.
