The Hoppecke Sun Power Classic 8kWh 48V is a bank of GEL/AGM lead acid cells built for off-grid solar storage. Each cell is rated at 200Ah, giving 8kWh of usable capacity at 48V. The construction is sealed and maintenance-free, with deep discharge capability for daily cycling in solar applications.

Applications
Designed for off-grid solar PV systems paired with a 48V inverter-charger. The battery bank stores solar energy generated during the day for use when panels are not producing, making it suited to cabins, remote sites and standalone renewable installations.
Installation notes
Connections must be made by a qualified electrician. The inverter-charger should have its charging parameters set for GEL/AGM technology before the battery bank is brought into service, to match the cell chemistry and protect long-term performance.
