Description
This pre-wired AC combiner box connects two identical parallel single phase solar inverters into a single output feeding the property's consumer unit. It suits 2x8kW or 2x11kW parallel inverter configurations and arrives with an Eastron energy meter, surge protection, AC bus bars and MCB protection already wired into a plastic enclosure.

Applications
Use it to combine the AC output of two identical single phase off-grid solar inverters running in parallel, tying them into one feed to the consumer unit.
Installation and safety notes
Only identical inverter models can be paralleled through this box. Installation must be carried out by a qualified electrician in line with IET Wiring Regulations BS7671. Parallel inverters need correct DIP switch configuration and AC output synchronisation before commissioning.
