SpeedDial™ control lets you adjust pace by hand without breaking stride, with quick-jump presets at 3/6/9 mph and 11 built-in guided sessions plus a target-run mode.

The side handrail adds stability when you're moving fast or stepping on and off mid-session, and SoftStep™ cushioning is tuned to reduce impact on knees and ankles over longer runs. When you're done, the vertical-fold design lets it stand upright against a wall rather than only lying flat — useful when floor space is tight but wall space isn't.
