How it works

The converter takes a 24V DC source and delivers a stable 12V DC output, useful for powering 12V accessories, charging 12V batteries, or running 12V loads from a 24V system. Because the design is non-isolated, input and output share a ground reference, which matches the wiring already common in many vehicle and marine electrical systems.

The IP67 rating means it can be fitted in engine bays, under vehicle floors, bilge areas or other locations exposed to moisture and dust, without a separate weatherproof enclosure.

Installation notes

Fitting should be carried out by someone familiar with high-current DC wiring. At 100A output, correct cable sizing, fusing and terminal torque matter. Confirm the shared-ground, non-isolated design suits your system before wiring it in, and allow ventilation around the unit so heat can dissipate under load. The IP67 rating covers water ingress and temporary immersion, not permanent submersion.
