How the three outputs work

Each of the three outputs is independently regulated, which matters on boats and vehicles with separate battery banks for engine starting, domestic loads and bow thrusters. A discharged domestic bank does not pull current away from the starter battery, because each output charges its bank on its own terms.

Charging stages

Bulk charge applies the full 100A to bring batteries up quickly. Absorption holds voltage steady while current tapers off. Float then maintains full charge without overcharging, which helps battery service life compared with a simple constant-voltage charger.
