Product overview

The unit is designed to be mounted in a fixed position where it will see moisture, spray or condensation: bilge compartments, engine bays, vehicle underfloor spaces and outdoor battery enclosures. The CEE 7/7 plug connects straight into a standard socket, so there is no mains hardwiring at installation.

VictronConnect gives real-time charge status, algorithm selection, battery capacity settings and charge history from a phone or tablet. This matters for chargers fitted somewhere hard to reach. A dedicated LiFePO4 algorithm skips the float and recondition stages that don't suit lithium chemistry, and the recondition step on lead-acid batteries applies a controlled overcharge to recover stratified or partially sulphated cells. The charger won't begin charging a battery that's deeply discharged below a safe threshold without a manual override.
