Product overview

The sealed enclosure removes the need for a separate housing in locations that see condensation, dust or occasional splashing, such as engine bays, battery compartments and outbuildings. The VictronConnect app gives real-time voltage and current readings and lets you pick the correct charge profile for the battery chemistry fitted, working over a typical Bluetooth range without needing a direct line of sight.

The charging process runs through bulk, absorption, float and storage phases. For LiFePO4 batteries the algorithm adjusts to suit the tighter voltage tolerances lithium chemistry needs. At 5A output, it suits batteries from roughly 14Ah to 100Ah: motorcycles, leisure batteries, small marine setups and auxiliary vehicle batteries.

Installation notes

Connect via the supplied CEE 7/16 plug to a standard 230V AC mains circuit rated for continuous use.
