The Victron Blue Smart IP65 12/5 is a single-output battery charger rated at 12V 5A, fitted with a CEE 7/17 (Schuko-compatible) mains plug. Bluetooth is built in, so it works with vehicles, boats, caravans and off-grid setups where a compact, weatherproof victron blue smart charger is needed.

Product overview
The sealed, splash-resistant housing allows mounting in engine bays, lockers or outdoor enclosures without concern over moisture. It tolerates condensation and incidental water exposure, but should not be submerged or left standing in water.
VictronConnect gives real-time charge status, history and battery type configuration, which is handy when the charger sits somewhere awkward to reach, such as under a seat. At 5A output, it suits batteries in the region of 14Ah to 100Ah depending on charge time expectations. The adaptive algorithm adjusts absorption time to the battery's condition, reducing the risk of overcharging a battery that is already part charged.
