Product overview

The sealed IP65 housing copes with dust and water far better than a standard workshop charger, which matters in engine bays, battery compartments, bilge areas and outdoor enclosures. Charge voltage, current, state of charge and algorithm stage are all visible in real time on a phone or tablet, and the charger can be reconfigured for different battery chemistries through the app. The seven-stage algorithm covers bulk, absorption, float and storage phases with an automatic equalisation option for flooded lead-acid batteries; the storage mode applies a periodic refresh charge to counter self-discharge during long standby periods.

Installation notes

Plug directly into a standard UK 230V socket. Position the unit with adequate ventilation and avoid submersion, as IP65 does not cover immersion. For fixed vehicle or marine installations, secure the charger and fuse the DC output cables close to the battery terminals. Confirm lithium charge profiles against the battery manufacturer's data before use. Permanent wiring into a vehicle or vessel should be carried out by a competent auto or marine electrician.
