The Victron Blue Smart IP65 12/7 is a single-output 12V 7A battery charger built for vehicles, boats and off-grid setups where damp or dusty conditions rule out a standard charger. Bluetooth is built in, so it links straight to the VictronConnect app on iOS and Android without a separate dongle.

Bluetooth monitoring via VictronConnect

All the Bluetooth hardware sits inside the unit, so there's no interface cable or VE.Direct dongle to fit. VictronConnect lets you set the battery type and capacity, watch the charge in progress and pull up the charge history. A recondition mode is included too, useful for bringing back deeply discharged lead-acid batteries that have sat unused.
