Running from a 24V nominal battery system, this inverter suits off-grid cabins, narrowboats, campervans and small backup power setups. At 800VA continuous it handles lighting, small power tools, laptops, televisions and similar appliances within its rating. Because the output is pure sine wave, it also runs inductive loads such as motors and compressors.

The VE.Direct port lets the inverter communicate with Victron's GX range, including the Cerbo GX, and can be monitored through VictronConnect via a VE.Direct to USB or Bluetooth dongle. This brings it into a wider Victron Energy monitoring setup without extra hardware beyond the communication cable.

Installation notes

Fit this inverter with correctly fused and sized DC cabling to the 24V battery bank. It is not grid-tied, so G98 or G99 compliance does not apply, but fixed AC wiring on its output must meet BS 7671 wiring regulations. Marine installers should follow the relevant IEC or RYA guidance. VE.Direct communication cables are sold separately.
