The Victron Inverter 24/375 converts 24V DC battery power into a 230V AC pure sine wave supply, fitted with a SCHUKO output socket and a VE.Direct communication port. It suits small off-grid setups, vehicles and boats where a modest but clean AC supply is needed from a 24V bank.

Protection is automatic. The unit shuts down on low battery voltage, high battery voltage, overload or over-temperature, then resets once the fault clears. Three front panel LEDs show power, inverting and fault status, useful where no GX device is fitted.

Applications

The 375VA rating is intended for light loads rather than kettles or power tools. It fits campervans and motorhomes with a 24V system, narrowboats and sailing vessels, small off-grid cabins, and backup power for routers, lighting or small electronic devices. It can also be integrated into a larger Victron system through VE.Direct for centralised monitoring.

Installation notes

Connect to a 24V DC battery bank using correctly rated cabling and fusing, keeping DC runs short to limit voltage drop and heat. Fitting should be carried out by a qualified electrician. The inverter is not suitable for grid-connected or grid-parallel operation, and needs adequate ventilation to avoid thermal shutdown under load.
