Dimming methods supported

The tube is dimmed using an external driver supplied with the tube, and Voltacon offers three widely used methods: AC Triac dimming with trailing edge dimmer switches such as Varilight, Lutron or Osram; a 1-10V or resistive potentiometer signal via a pair of control cables; and DALI control for digital addressable dimming with diagnosis of lamp state. Applications

Suited to retrofitting existing T8 fittings and battens where dimming control is wanted without flicker, buzzing or RF interference. The driver is compact and fits into most standard tube fixtures.

Compatible dimmer switches
