The Ledison T8 LED tube is a direct replacement for an 18W fluorescent tube, built to fit straight into existing T8 fittings without extra wiring in most cases. It measures 604mm from pin to pin, draws 10W and outputs 1200lm with a colour rendering index above 80. The LED chips come from established brands including Nichia, Honglitronic and CREE, mounted on a printed circuit board with thermal vias that carry heat away from the diodes.

Colour temperature options

This tube is available in warm white 3000K, natural white 4000K and cool white 5500K. All versions ship with a frosted cover, which spreads light more evenly than a clear cover; clear covers can be requested separately.

Installation

Remove the old fluorescent starter and fit the LED starter supplied with the tube, then bypass any electronic ballast and connect the tube directly to mains voltage. Some single-ended setups may need a short rewire first. Full installation instructions are included in the box.

Certification and warranty

The tube is TUV tested, RoHS compliant, CE marked and UL listed, and complies with EU and British safety standards against electric shock. It is not dimmable and carries a 5 year warranty.
