The Victron Skylla-i 24/100(3) is a three-output, 24V 100A mains-powered battery charger built for professional and commercial installations. It suits marine, industrial, vehicle and off-grid systems where more than one battery bank needs charging from a single unit.

Marine battery charger applications

The three-output design lets one charger service a main house bank, a starter battery and a third auxiliary bank independently, each on its own charge profile. That removes the need for multiple separate chargers where wiring is already complex, on vessels with several 24V banks, commercial vehicles and coaches on shore power, off-grid cabins, industrial standby systems and generator-fed hybrid setups.

System integration

Paired with a GX device such as a Cerbo GX, charge status, output current and battery voltage appear in the Victron Remote Monitoring portal. Remote control, including current limiting, is useful where shore power is restricted or shared with other loads.

Installation notes

Installation should be carried out by a qualified electrician or marine electrical engineer. The unit connects to 230V AC and outputs high DC current, so correct cable sizing, fusing and ventilation matter. Marine installers are responsible for compliance with relevant ISO and ABYC standards. Check GX device or BMS firmware compatibility before commissioning. The Skylla-i is not suitable for lithium battery chemistries unless a compatible Victron BMS manages charge cutoff.
