The Shock Series brings Bolt's commitment to forging champions into the commercial gym market. The first thing you will notice about Bolt's Shock Series machines is the design. The weight stack is housed in a trapezoidal case made of laser-etched steel and polycarbonate glass, creating a distinct outline that is especially striking when placed in a straight line with other Shock Series machines.
The user sits on a bicycle seat, adjustable by 14 inches, leans against the backrest, which itself is made of two identical 14-inch pads—positioned for ideal tension and comfort—grips the rubber-coated handlebars, positions their elbows on the 2-inch-thick arm pads, and pulls against a weight that can go up to 220 pounds. They train their abdominal muscles to their heart's content and then retrieve their water bottle from the water bottle holder after a job well done.
