BOLT SCARTO SQUAT PAD
The BOLT SCARTO Squat Pad cushions the chest during the bench press, protects the pelvis during hip thrusts, and safeguards the shoulders and neck during barbell squats by more evenly distributing the weight of the barbell across the shoulders and alleviating the concentrated pressure of the shaft against the body. This pad fits easily onto most barbells and is snugly secured in place by a 16-inch Velcro strap. Its high-density 4-inch thickness—2 inches on either side—is designed to preserve the shape of the pad after years of vigorous use and give you enough cushion to lift even the heaviest weights with ease. The pad is encased with a moisture-wicking nylon cover that keeps sweat from soaking in or making the pad slippery. Additionally, its small lightweight profile (just two pounds and 17 inches long) makes the pad conveniently portable and a suitable addition to your gym bag in the event that your gym doesn't have one.
