Outdoor Galvanised Freestanding Rig

The Outdoor Galvanised Freestanding Rig is designed for gymnastics, calisthenics, CrossFit and functional fitness. Its self-supporting design can be positioned on a suitable outdoor surface without permanent fixing or concreting.

For additional stability on uneven ground, the rig can be secured using weight plates or compatible pegs driven into grass.

Built for high-level gymnastics

The extended rig provides the height and stability needed for pull-ups, toes-to-bar, muscle-ups and other gymnastics movements, including kipping and butterfly pull-ups.

Its 3.6 m height also opens up high-ring training, including:

• Ring muscle-ups

• Toes-to-rings

• Skin-the-cat

• Ring pull-ups

• Other suspended gymnastics movements

A removable pull-up bar is included and can be fitted at multiple heights. It can be quickly removed whenever you need a clear training space for ring work.
