The REGO 12V 3000W inverter charger combines the inverter and battery charger into one complete powerful solution. 3000W continuous pure sine wave AC output and peak power up to 9000W, allows you to power most heavy-duty appliances easily. The inverter charger transforms the DC power stored in the battery bank into standard household AC power. It also recharges popular 12V house batteries, including lithium, when AC power is available. The integrated transfer relay with neutral ground bonding allows switching from shore power mode to inverter and vise versa ensures your RV doesn't lose power unexpectedly. Built-in Bluetooth connectivity allows you to easily monitor and manage the inverter charger using your smartphone with the Renogy DC Home App. The REGO inverter charger is a perfect backup power source to provide uninterrupted power for your RV without having to worry about losing access to the connected devices and appliances

Built-in Bluetooth Connectivity, Controls the Energy in Your Hands
The built-in Bluetooth allows you to monitor the status of the REGO inverter charger via the Renogy DC Home App directly on your smartphone. The device can also connect with the Renogy One M1, the all-in-one dashboard provides you access to accurate real-time energy data of your whole system.

1.Can you use 2- 100ah lithium ion batteries with the 3,000 watt inverter? i think i read somewhere that it requires 3- 100ah batteries.
yes you can but many lithium batteries will have a BMS (battery Management system) that can limit the output current. Most (not All) 100 ah battery manufacturers will limit current to 100 DC amps continuous. If this is exceeded then the BMS may turn off the battery. So (2) 100AH batteries may have a max current of 200 amps. This would not be enough to drive all 3000 watts for this inverter but you should be able to do about 2000 watts.
You can but the batteries may not be able to put out enough current to get 3000 watts out of the inverter.
2. How do i attach the temperature sensor to the batteries?
I wedged mine between a couple of the leads that connect to the battery.
3. Anyone having trouble running a 1100 watt microwave with the 3000 watt unit with nothing else on?
Ours does fine - but check to make sure your wires are heavy enough gauge to handle it.
4. I asked this before and got an answer that didnt answer my question what generators are compatible with this inverter?links to any?
Any 60/hz generator is compatable with inverter/charge. The inverter having electronic component would be ideal with inverter type generator. I use 6k onan generator with no problem. I have notice to charge batteries it draw quite a bit of power. For 1k inverter I would recomend at lease 3000 watt generator.
5. What are the implications of getting a 2000 watt vs 3000 watt? i will have a total of 630 watt in solar panels and 100-200ah lithium battery
I sent mine back because it limits the system to 24 amps regardless of it being a 30 or 50 amps system. A whole lot of stuff is the trailer won't be able to work.
6. Can I use the Bluetooth Module to monitor this inverter charger from my phone? Which Bluetooth Module should I buy?
Yes, it features built-in Bluetooth connectivity. You can monitor it using the DC Home app or the Renogy One M1/Core Monitor.
