The Oase Biotec Screenmatic 18k / 24k / 38k screen holder arms (two-pack) hold the fabric screen at the correct angle and tension for the motorised scraper to clean it effectively. Bent or broken arms let the screen sag, causing uneven debris removal and putting extra strain on the scraper motor.
Maintains Screen Geometry
The arms are engineered to position the fabric screen precisely within the path of the rotating scraper brush. Correct positioning ensures full-width contact between brush and screen, so every pass clears debris evenly. Replacing worn arms is far cheaper than replacing a burned-out screen motor caused by a jammed or misaligned screen.

Installation
Remove the screen assembly from the filter. Unclip the old arms from the screen frame, snap the new arms into position, and confirm the fabric is taut and centred. Reinstall the assembly and run a cleaning cycle to verify the scraper contacts the screen evenly along its full width.
