The Nautilus Leverage Tricep Dip is a plate-loaded dip station for commercial floors. Unilateral arms load the triceps with the chest, shoulders, and upper back acting as stabilizers on a guided path.
A two-bar linkage delivers the manufacturer’s Nautilus Cam load curve through the range of motion. Medium knurled grips sit on the handles. Weight plates are sold separately.
