Important Installation Note:

This unit is wall-mounted and must be installed onto a solid concrete or brick wall. It is not suitable for plasterboard, gyprock, or hollow walls. Proper mounting ensures the safety and performance of the unit. Please consult a qualified installer if unsure.

Delivery and Installation

• Delivery and installation service is a flat rate of $250 within the Sydney metro area, ground level only.
• Installation covers delivery and setup of the equipment only
  
• Drilling or mounting frames to walls is not included. If wall mounting is required, you will need to arrange this separately with your own contractor.
• If delivery is to a unit, high-rise apartment, shopping centre, commercial retail space, or restricted access location such as a hospital, army base, or prison, please contact us for a special quote.

Notes

• Drilling into external walls is not permissible for installation
• The unit must be securely fastened to a wall before operation.

The FT1012 is packed in a wooden crate with the following dimensions: 2 meters long, 1 meter wide, and 0.2 meters thick. The gross weight is 190 kg. We recommend arranging a tailgate delivery for home or business. If you are planning to pick it up, please ensure you have a suitable vehicle for transport.
