The Victron MultiPlus 12/3000/120-16 is a combined inverter and battery charger for 12V systems, delivering 3000VA of AC output at 230V from a single unit. It suits off-grid installations, marine and vehicle power setups, and backup systems that need a compact, high-capacity power inverter charger.
Power inverter charger features
- 3000VA continuous inverter output at 230V AC from a 12V DC battery bank.
- 120A battery charger built in, with a 16A AC passthrough current for shore or generator power.
- PowerAssist draws extra power from the battery when AC demand exceeds the incoming supply, avoiding a tripped breaker.
- VE.Bus interface for monitoring, remote control and parallel or three-phase configuration with other units.
- Transfer switching between inverter and charger modes in under 20 milliseconds.
- Programmable relay and configurable charge algorithm for lead-acid and lithium batteries.
Applications

Installation
