This 40W LED solar street light combines a built-in photovoltaic panel, lithium battery and PIR daylight sensor in one IP65 aluminium housing. There is no mains wiring to run: the unit mounts straight onto a post and manages its own charging and light output.

Electrical connections sit under the solar panel and are rated IP67, with the battery charger, lithium battery and LED array pre-wired at the factory. The integrated light sensor reads daylight levels and brings the LED array up from 0% to 100% gradually, reaching full output only once it is fully dark.

Operating hours

Runtime is fully automated with enough backup power for a night, allowing for adequate daily recharge. Output runs at full power for 6 hours, 50% power for 12 hours, or 30% power for 24 hours.

Applications

Suited to installations without access to mains voltage: driveways, pathways, rural roads and car parks. Single pole mounting with an adjustable angle covers install heights of 3 to 6 metres, using two M10x80 brackets and stainless steel screws for a Φ60mm pole.

Working conditions

The unit operates between 0°C and +60°C, with lighting time of 6 to 12 hours per day allowing for up to 3 rainy days.
