The Atlas is a 200W LED street light built for roads, car parks and pathways, delivering 29000lm from Nichia LED chips at 160lm/watt. It mounts on square poles, round poles, walls or directly onto poles up to 70mm diameter.

Construction

The heatsink is cast from a magnesium alloy with large fins for heat dissipation, finished with electrophoresis and TGIC powder paint. The alloy and finish combine to give an IP65 protection rating and resistance to corrosion, including salt water exposure, making it suitable for coastal and all-weather sites.

Optics and light distribution

Each high-power LED chip carries a lens with micro magnify toughened glass, spreading light evenly across the target area. This is intended to reduce shadows and dark patches between lighting points, which matters on motorways and large car parks where consistent coverage is a safety requirement.

Installation

Four separate mounting kits cover square poles, round poles, wall mounting and direct pole mounting up to 70mm diameter, so one fitting can be adapted to most street lighting layouts without extra brackets.
