The Ledison LED Shower Low High Bay Light is a 100W fitting built around Philips SMD 3030 chips. It is sized as a replacement for 250W metal halide and high-pressure sodium lamps, with a die-cast aluminium body that houses the driver and a finned heatsink for passive cooling.

Applications

The showerhead-style housing suits commercial and industrial areas, with a design intended to cover spaces from 3-metre ceilings up to 15 metres. Cables and eye hooks come pre-installed for suspension mounting, and a gap between the driver and the copper-based SMD3030 light engine allows air to circulate and avoid hot spots.

Dimming and sensor options

DALI dimming is available, along with an emergency battery pack using Ni-Cd batteries. A Hytronik microwave sensor (MC054 RC + MH01) can also be fitted, with a maximum detection range of 15 metres and settings adjustable by remote control rather than by accessing the fitting itself. Paired with a 1-10V driver, the sensor supports automatic dimming.
