The Hornet is BOLT’s most economical bench, but don't let the low price fool you; its 7-and-11-gauge steel construction gives it an upwards weight capacity of 770 pounds, which means that there are precious few weight-lifting routines and one-lift maxes that this bench cannot handle.
How did we do it? We made the forward stabilizer a post leg, which significantly reduces the amount of steel used in the bench’s construction while leaving the platform’s overall stability undiminished. A three-legged stool, after all, does not wobble.
All the classic BOLT bench mainstays can still be found on this budget model: the antimicrobial tear-resistant upholstery, the matte-black finish, the wheels, the carrying handle, the works. Our Hornet takes residential lifting platforms back to the basics without compromising integrity or style.
