The Sterling Leg Extension is the ultimate machine for quadricep isolation. As the exercise is performed from a seated position the lower back is not engaged and the impact on the knees is minimal, making the movement extremely safe and effective. Handles are positioned at each side to provide added stability and isolateral movement allow for independent leg training. The soft leather cover on the upholstery of the seat and pivot provides ultimate comfort during use.
