Rival Strength's Fractional Plates give you control over how much you're lifting; right down to the last kilo.
Fractional Plates are a must-have for any lifter wanting to increase their strength. They allow you to adjust the weight at 1KG increments (0.5KG either side of the bar), meaning you can hit those PBs and make consistent progress.
Made out of high quality steel, and fully coated in rubber, the plates can be quickly loaded onto the barbell without taking the collar off, as the rubber ensures they won't slide off the barbell's sleeve.
