This heavy duty wood sandpaper driver utilizes a 3/8" thick foam pad for gripping sandpaper. Most sandpaper will have a sticky backing that will attach to this foam pad, not allowing it to move once attached. Make sure all sheets of sandpaper are correctly centered on the driver. A durable aluminum casting helps to make sure that each sheet is centered correctly. It is constructed from marine grade plywood and fits onto most standard 17" floor buffers.

We do recommend this heavy duty sandpaper driver as part of a companion piece to the Hawk® 17" heavy duty floor sanding buffer. It comes standard with a universal plastic clutch plate and 1" riser. Steel clutch plate sold separately.
