The Dyaco Medical Rehabilitation Treadmill 7.0T has several unique features that physio therapists will love. Features that will also make the exercise and physical therapy more enjoyable for patients and make the patient feel more comfortable and confident during the rehabilitation session, resulting in a quicker recovery and increased mobility. These features include an extremely low starting speed of 0.1km/h (0.06mph), the slowest speed in the industry, a running belt that can go forward and backwards, a running deck that can be raised and lowered by the touch of a button, an incline and decline feature, adjustable parallel bars and a removable rear step to assist in stepping onto the running deck. The parallel bars will support a wide variety of users as they are not only height adjustable from 63.5cm -89cm but the width adjusts from 51cm -85 cms. They also extend the full length of the deck. The removable rear step is multi functional. Not only can it be used to help people who need a bit more stability getting on and off the treadmill but it can also serve as a plyometric platform. The running deck has a unique lift mechanism that can raise the whole running deck parallel to the floor up to 40m (16”). This can be helpful if a patient has to be placed on the treadmill by a harness to then exercise unweighted or you need to physically assist the movement of each leg without kneeling on the floor. The treadmill also provides a -10% decline and a +15% incline using two motors one at the front and one at the rear. The easy to use console displays and downloads important workout data. You can easily select either preset or programmable modes for diverse, versatile routines including Step Symmetry that monitors the stepping distance of each leg to show which side is weaker or stronger. Programmes can interact to adapt to patients characteristics, using input information such as weight and gender as the basis to maximise their rehabilitation. Finally the treadmill has a zero speed belt lock, which locks the running belt completely, preventing any movement or slipping while a patient steps onto the treadmill.
