Training Modes & Performance Tracking

Seven built-in workout modes allow you to train with structure or freedom. Choose from distance targets, calorie-based sessions, heart rate-controlled training, or interval formats. One interval programme is fully customisable.

The console displays all essential training data, including time, distance, speed, pace, calories, watts, resistance level, and heart rate. Powered by AA batteries, it’s always ready to use.

Adjustable Resistance

Four resistance levels allow you to tailor the challenge. Keep resistance low for steady running or increase it to create strength-focused cardio sessions that challenge the legs, glutes, and core.

Practical Design

Despite its robust construction, the Elite Run is easy to move. Integrated transport wheels and a rear lifting handle make repositioning simple, making it well suited to home gyms, PT studios, and performance spaces.
