The Equalizer Glute Ham Developer from BOLT Fitness allows athletes to strengthen their core and fortify their posterior chain muscles with exercises that target the hamstrings, glutes, abs, and lower back.
The Equalizer offers stability and smooth, precision adjustments so that a wide variety of body types are accommodated. The 9-inch-thick and 24-inch-wide thigh pad offers more than enough space for most users, and the four ankle rolls are horizontally adjustable through 12 ports and 12 inches vertically adjustable through 7 ports and 12 inches.
Its 8-11 gauge steel frame ensures that the Equalizer can endure the rigors of a commercial gym, while the surprisingly small footprint is sure to delight home gym owners.
Two downward-facing pegs allow you to attach exercise bands securely, reducing the likelihood of them slipping off mid-exercise.
Hand grips are located at the side and the front to make mounting and dismounting the Equalizer especially easy. We even included a 20” by 5” knee pad to help you get in exactly the right position.
