This genuine BMS (Battery Management System) board is a replacement part for the Pylontech US2000C 48V 2.4kWh lithium battery. It is compatible with the US2000C only and must be fitted by an authorised engineer. Voltacon, an authorised Pylontech partner and UK repair centre, supplies the board along with installation instructions after purchase.

Why the board fails
A faulty BMS board can cause the battery to shut down unexpectedly, lose communication with the inverter, or report an incorrect state of charge. Fitting a genuine Pylontech board restores correct operation of cell balancing, temperature monitoring and over-current protection.

Installation and safety
This board must only be fitted by an authorised engineer. Internal components of a lithium battery carry dangerous voltages, and incorrect installation can cause electric shock, fire or permanent damage to the battery. Contact Voltacon after purchase for the correct installation instructions before starting work. Do not attempt self-installation.
