Description
This 13A 2-Gang double UK socket combines everyday mains power with fast device charging. Finished in black plastic, it houses both a USB-A port and an ultra-fast USB-C port outputting 5V, so phones, tablets and other gadgets can charge straight from the wall plate.

- Safety shutter, operated by the earth pin of the plug for added protection.
- Switching contact gap, minimum 3mm.
- Profile, raised slim profile with angled in-line terminals and captive screws for easier fitting.
- Earthing, twin earth fitted as standard.
- Back box, requires a 40mm back box.
Applications
Suited to retrofit installations where an existing socket is being upgraded to add USB charging without extra wiring. The outboard rockers and angled terminals make it straightforward to wire into standard UK back boxes, and the black plastic finish suits contemporary interiors.
Installation notes
Backed-out captive screws and angled in-line terminals are included to speed up fitting. A 40mm back box is required.
