Battle Ropes can introduce new movements, such as slam, wave, or whip, into your workout, and trains muscles in new ways you wouldn't usually. They also provide a great cardio burn whilst strengthening and toning muscle, and are generally pretty fun to use!
Made from high quality and durable Poly Dacron (Terylene), our Battle Ropes won't start to tear or fray. Poly Dacron is the highest quality material choice for Battle ropes! They are also suitable for use outdoors.

Need an anchor for your rope? Why not use a Kettlebell! We recommend using anything above 16KG to weigh the rope down, but the heavier the better.
