Description
This 63A 2-pole automatic transfer switch (ATS) switches between two single phase AC supply sources, automatically or manually. Only one source can feed the load at any time, which makes it suited to solar off-grid and hybrid systems where the load needs to move between a solar inverter output and a generator or grid supply.

Applications
Used for automatic changeover between a solar inverter and grid or generator supply. Fits hybrid and off-grid solar systems that need automatic source switching, and works for dual feed AC load switching in residential and commercial installations.
Installation and safety
Fit by a qualified electrician in accordance with IET Wiring Regulations BS7671. The ATS must be configured correctly to prevent back-feeding between the two sources.
