Product overview

The glass mat separator holds the electrolyte in place, so the battery is spill-proof and does not require a dedicated ventilated battery room, though normal ventilation is still recommended. This differs from flooded lead-acid types, which need regular water top-ups. The M8 threaded inserts allow ring-terminal cables to be bolted directly to the battery, giving a lower-resistance connection than clamp-style posts, useful under inverter loads.
