  • Series-parallel for 24 V or 48 V banks to keep string voltage in an efficient MPPT range while managing current.

  • All-series only if your MPPT/hybrid inverter supports the higher string Voc (consider cold-weather Voc).

• Cabling: Use correctly-rated DC solar cable sized for voltage drop (long runs may require heavier gauge).

• Protection: Fit DC isolators, fusing/overcurrent protection and lightning/surge protection where required.

• Orientation/Tilt (AU): North-facing, minimise shade; tilt ≈ local latitude (±10°) for year-round yield.
