The Conversol V5 Super is a 5kW off-grid solar inverter and battery charger built around a 140A MPPT supercharger. It combines Bluetooth monitoring, a removable LCD control panel, and parallel capability for up to 9 units, making it suited to off-grid homes, farms, workshops, and any installation that might need to scale up later.

Applications

Suited to off-grid homes, farms, and workshops that need high solar charging capacity, and to systems that may need to expand later through parallel operation. Also useful where the control panel needs to sit away from the inverter itself, or where the battery bank calls for a higher float charge voltage than standard. AC or PV input priority is configurable via the control module, with grid or generator backup available when solar and battery cannot meet demand.

Installation notes

Must be installed by a qualified electrician or solar installer. Battery systems must comply with BS EN 62619 and local building regulations. Float charge voltage has to be set correctly for the battery chemistry in use, as incorrect charging voltages can damage battery cells. This is not a DIY installation.
