Description
The Conversol Max-II combines an 11kW off-grid inverter, MPPT solar charger and battery charger in one unit. Its dual MPPT design offers 5500W per controller with 27A PV input current, so it copes with smaller string configurations as well as larger 660W modules. Twin AC outputs, built-in Wi-Fi and broad lithium battery compatibility make it suited to demanding off-grid and hybrid residential or light commercial systems.

Product overview
The Max-II runs at 48VDC battery voltage with a 54VDC floating charge voltage. In inverter mode it reaches 93% peak efficiency with a 16,000VA surge capacity. Transfer time is 15ms for PC-grade loads and 20ms for home appliances, keeping supply steady during mains outages or generator switching.
Twin outputs let an installer assign loads to different circuits, giving priority power to critical equipment while secondary loads are managed separately. That matters in off-grid systems where battery capacity has to be watched closely. A built-in anti-dust kit protects internal components where airborne particles are a concern, cutting down on manual cleaning.

Installation and safety notes
This inverter must be installed by a qualified electrician or solar installer. Battery wiring, DC fusing, earthing and ventilation must comply with the manufacturer's guidelines and IET Wiring Regulations. Lithium battery BMS communication must be correctly configured before operation. Do not attempt DIY installation of inverter or battery systems.
Parallel operation is supported for up to 6 units, and the unit carries CE certification.
