Rival Strength's 10KG Technique Olympic Barbell is ideal for perfecting form and improving technique. The bar has been engineered with 4 precision bearings for a smooth rotation, vital when performing Olympic style lifts. 25mm handle diameter for a secure grip, ideal for those with smaller hands.

The bar has a total length of 1700mm / 5 foot 6.9 inches.

With a 1310mm shaft length, the bar can be mounted on your rack, while also offering the ability to use a wide grip, as you would with a 7 foot Olympic bar.

Hard chrome sleeves, with light knurling to improve grip when securing weights on the bar. Dual knurl marks on the shaft for Olympic lifting.

The barbell has a maximum load capacity of 450KG (1000LB) resulting in superior longevity and bend resistance.

Suitable for all weight plates with an Olympic 50mm / 2" hole diameter.
