Built with a heavy-duty base, the Zero Gap bench is made with heavy duty 3mm carbon steel and has a weight capacity of 550kg, making it as sturdy as it gets.

With 7 backrest positions and 5 seat positions, the Zero Gap bench offers excellent adjustability. You can easily switch between flat and incline positions, expanding your exercise options to target different muscle groups with ease. Easily adjust the seat back and forth to remove any gaps, ensuring maximum comfort and stability at every angle.

The added decline function of the seat introduces another layer of exercise variation not seen with any other bench. The Zero Gap bench comes with an optional FID attachment, enhancing versatility even more, adding another range of exercises, including decline movements and various core exercises.

On top of the solid frame is a nice and thick 310mm straight back rest, ensuring it is secure as possible. The seat tapers in to provide ultimate comfort when setup with heavy weights. The pads feature the latest GripDry technology, providing a premium non-slip, moisture-wicking surface, making you feel locked in and secure with every lift.

The added handle and back wheels make this bench is super easy to move around. The bench can be stored upright, making it perfect for use in commercial gyms, group training facilities and home gyms where space efficiency is key.
