Experience the luxury of a premium bench when you purchase the York Barbell C19UB Utility Dumbbell Bench with Foot Hold Down.The back support just drops into the selected cup for no hassle incline adjustment and provides 6 settings from 30 degree decline to flat and 90 degree incline. The extra wide seat pad has a simple adjuster block system underneath the seat to angle it to give additional support when performing specific incline exercises. The seat also has a fully contoured edge behind the knee joint, offering maximal support when in decline and you have your feet positioned under the leg hold down rollers. The back pad has rounded edges to facilitate a broader shoulder movement. Transport wheels are placed at the rear off the bench and at the front of the bench is s transport handle to help you lift the bench into the wheel barrow position to move it into your preferred location
