The York Fitness 6 foot 6 inch is available in spinlock and straight options. It is constructed from solid steel this one piece barbell ensures durability and functionality.It is a great upgrade to your home training set up especially if your looking for a longer bar for comfortable squat and lifting workouts. It is ideal for building your strength and endurance the barbell weighs 9 KG and can be used up to a maximum weight of 150 KG.
The Spinlock version includes 2 high quality solid steel spinlock collars. With the Straight barbell version you will need to purchase the 1" Spring Collars. The advantage of a straight bar over spinlock is that weight plates can be changed quicker.
The quality knurling provides a great narrow and wide grip ensuring comfortable positioning of hands during sessions. Perfect when used in conjunction with the York Fitness Heavy Duty Squat Stands.
